Request Data Deletion — TourMe

This page is for users of the TourMe mobile app and related services operated by Titan Frontier Labs.

You can ask us to delete specific personal data while keeping your TourMe account:

1. Email privacy@tourme.logiafrika.com from the address linked to your TourMe account.
2. Use the subject line: TourMe data deletion request.
3. State what you want deleted (examples: location history synced to our servers, reviews you wrote, profile photo, notification preferences, ticket purchase records we hold).
4. Include your TourMe account email (and Google account email if different) so we can verify you.

We aim to respond within 30 days. We may ask for limited verification before completing the request.

To close your account and request deletion of account-associated personal data, email privacy@tourme.logiafrika.com with the subject TourMe account deletion and confirm the email used to sign in.

You can also remove local data on your device anytime (clear app data / uninstall). That does not by itself delete server-held account data.

• Account profile details you asked us to remove
• Server-synced location / preference data tied to your account (when requested)
• Reviews, photos, and other contributions you ask us to remove (when feasible)
• Notification tokens and optional marketing preferences

• Transaction / ticket records needed for accounting, fraud prevention, or legal compliance (typically up to 7 years where required)
• Security and abuse logs for a limited period
• Aggregated or anonymized analytics that no longer identify you
• Content you published publicly that other users reasonably rely on, until we can remove or anonymize it consistent with our policies
• Backups, until rotated out of our backup cycle (usually within 90 days)
