Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of TourMe mobile applications, websites (including tourme.logiafrika.com), APIs, and owner/admin consoles (the “Services”) operated by Titan Frontier Labs (“TourMe”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you use owner or admin tools on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.

TourMe helps travelers and locals discover places, districts, events, and city “pulse” signals, and helps venue owners manage presence on the platform. Features may change, expand, or be discontinued. Some experiences are invite-only, city-limited, or in beta and may be incomplete or inaccurate.

• Provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure
• You are responsible for activity under your account
• Notify us promptly of unauthorized access
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk

You agree not to:

• Violate law, third-party rights, or venue policies
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or overload the Services except as allowed by law
• Post false, defamatory, fraudulent, or misleading content
• Upload malware or attempt to bypass security or access controls
• Harass others or interfere with discovery fairness (e.g. fake reviews, spam)
• Use the Services for emergency response or life-critical navigation

You retain ownership of content you submit (reviews, photos, venue updates, etc.). You grant TourMe a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content as needed to operate and promote the Services. You represent you have the rights to grant this license.

We may remove or refuse content that violates these Terms or our policies. Public reviews and published venue information may remain visible after account closure where required for integrity of the catalog.

Crowd, noise, parking, opening hours, and similar signals are informational estimates and may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. Always exercise personal judgment for safety, traffic, and venue entry. TourMe is not a substitute for official guidance or on-the-ground verification.

Maps, sign-in, payments, ticketing, and messaging may rely on third parties. Their terms and privacy practices apply to those components. TourMe is not responsible for third-party sites or services you access through the app.

Where paid tickets or features are offered, prices, refunds, and fulfillment follow the checkout flow and any partner terms shown at purchase. Chargebacks for valid purchases may result in account review.

TourMe branding, software, design, and documentation are owned by Titan Frontier Labs or its licensors. Except for the limited license to use the Services, no rights are granted.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOURME AND TITAN FRONTIER LABS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50.

You will defend and indemnify TourMe and Titan Frontier Labs against claims arising from your content, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end access with or without notice if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Services. Sections that by nature should survive (including licenses already granted, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive termination.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, stop using the Services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise. Courts in Lagos, Nigeria shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to those mandatory protections.
